Credited by many as having given the present distinctive look to the architecture of Thane, Shashikant Deshmukh began his career by working in several well known firms such as K. J. Mhatre, M/s Skyes, Patkar & Divecha, Chippendale, Master & Associates. Having honed his skills and gained experience as architect, interior designer and valuer.
He branched out on his own in 1970. In a career spanning almost five decades, he loves dabbling in the unusual. His architectural prowess is seen even in various projects as diverse as designing. it won't be an exaggeration if we say that most streets in Thane would have at least one building which he has helped give shape to.

Prajakta has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (BAMU), Aurangabad. For the past twelve years, she has had the opportunity of working on housing projects [bungalows as well as apartment buildings],commercial assignments and school buildings, With her innovative ideas & aesthetic vision, Prajakta represents the young dynamic face of SDA.

Our head of the interior design department is a multifaceted individual, with a range of interests. Her zest for life is reflected in all her assignments of the past sixteen years, each of which is individualistic and unique.
She holds a Diploma in Interior Designing from L.S.Raheja School of Architecture, Mumbai and has to her credit a variety of projects from small apartments, plush corporate offices, shops, spa & salons, resorts, wedding halls etc.
